- For stuffing: soak white chickpeas overnight,next day boil them until tender, heat oil, add cumin seeds, when start to crackle, add chopped onions π§ stir, just saute it and add chopped green chillies, chopped Tomato π , salt mix it well.
- Add kashmiri red chillies powder, roasted coriander & cumin powder, black pepper powder, dabeli masala and mix it well, add boiled white chickpeas, tamarind chutney and mix well, cook for 1 min, add mashed potatoes mix well, finally add chopped coriander & mint leaves mix gently, keep aside.
- For π₯ salad: take a bowl and add chopped onions π§ , chopped tomato π , chopped green chillies, chopped green bell pepper π«, chopped coriander & mint leaves mix gently, add black pepper powder, knorr aromat, salt, chai seeds mix lightly, salad is ready.note: taste and adjust seasoning, salt & pepper as desired.
- For buns: cut buns into halves, spread butter / margarine and toast them on hot pan, until golden brown,remove from pan and stuff in the filling, add salad on top, cover with another bun pieces and serve hot.
