- Dust hing. Add chopped onion, fresh green chillies and saute for sometime. Then add chopped tomatoes. Put salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder. Mix all well. Cover and cook at slow flame, till tomatoes become mushy.
